Cancellation & Refund Policy

I want to ensure you have all the necessary information regarding our cancellation policy before booking your sessions. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

- Community Breathwork cancellations or no shows = No refunds will be provided.
- Sacred Medicine and Somatic Alignment, 1-3 hour sessions: Cancellations up to 2 days before the session starts will adhere to a 50% refund.
- Sacred Medicine, 4-8 hour sessions: Cancellations within 2 weeks of the session start, No refunds will be provided. Cancellations prior to the 2 week deadline will receive a full refund, less a $75 Admin Fee. 

 

Cancellation and refund policies are based upon the preparation elements that are included in your sessions. These types of sessions require advanced work on the part of the facilitator, therefore, please book with care and note that refund terms will be enforced. 

In the rare event that the training is canceled due to the instructor’s illness, venue cancellation, or any other unforeseen circumstance from the Pneuma Sanctoria team, you will receive a full refund.

Please note, if you are traveling from out of town or internationally, I am not responsible for any financial losses related to flights or accommodations in the event of a cancellation. I strongly recommend booking refundable or flexible flights and accommodations.
